Jen is a legal executive and organizational leader with more than a decade of experience at Amazon scaling multiple rapid growing legal teams. She has nearly 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney between Amazon and Wilson Sonsini, a top technology and start-up law firm.

Jen thrives helping launch products and services at the complex intersection where regulated industries meet new technology.

She has led legal support for some of the most innovative products and services, from Amazon Prime Air (both the drones and the airplanes) to developer tools and services that allow customers to access Alexa anywhere, including in their vehicles.

She also has deep experience in transportation and operations in North America and Asia having supported Amazon's Customer Fulfillment and Transportation businesses both in the US and while on assignment in Asia.

After taking a pause returning home from Asia to consider what was next, she returned to her building roots, using her experience to help others build their careers, teams, and international expertise. Which is why after a sabbatical in 2022, she founded Encore Explorer.

In addition to her consulting work, Jen is a writer, with thousands of followers of her work-related content on LinkedIn, and blogs for legal tech startup Lexion.ai. She is also working on longer form essays and a novel.

In her spare time, Jen loves exploring the outdoors, international travel, chasing after her mini-golden doodle puppy, and all things food.
